What exactly is in the Gut Strips?

Every dose is on the label: Bacillus coagulans 10 Billion CFU (50mg), plus a digestive enzyme blend of Protease (10mg), Papain (15mg) and Bromelain (15mg). No proprietary blends, no hidden amounts, if it's in the strip, the amount is printed.

How do I take it?

Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve, no water, no swallowing pills. One strip a day, max.

What does it taste like?

Mixed berry, sweetened with monk fruit. No sugar.

When will I notice something?
